Yellowstone and Stillwater River Reports

[ARCHIVE] Boulder River Report 7/1/2020

Boulder 7/1: After spiking with the warm weather and rain, the river is back on the drop and clearing, running about normal for the date. Salmon flies and golden stones have shown up on the river below natural bridge. Float anglers have had success fishing a large dry like a Chubby Chernobyl. You can also fish big rubber leg patterns like girdle bugs and pat’s rubber legs. Up above Natural Bridge look to fish some dry fly patterns like stimulators, purple haze, parachute adams, caddis and royal wulff for any rising fish up high.
