[ARCHIVE] Boulder River Report 07/09/18
As with the Stillwater, flows on the Boulder have started to drop and clear. The forks may kick in off color water, so flows will be clearer, but swift and high, up above Natural Bridge. While nymphing along the edges is probably the best bet with a beadhead fly like a prince nymph, hare’s ear, batman, copper john or pheasant tail, it’s time to start fishing the big dry fly like a Chubby, stimulator, Jack Cabe or PMX.
