Boulder River Report 4/27/2020

Boulder 4/27: Water temperatures are still cold and flows are low. Look for scattered midge and BWO activity. Try a Zebra Midge or smaller size beadhead nymph patterns. March Browns and Caddis should be showing up so be ready to fish them before runoff. The east and west forks may be kicking in some color, if so, try to get above them for clearer water. Once flows start to rise and get off color, fish bigger rubber leg patterns or a San Juan Worm.
